UNICEF brought Shiftbalance in to design and lead tailored retreats for two country offices navigating real organisational change at the same time. In China, that meant guiding a team of 100+ through reorganisation, with AI integration woven into the retreat itself rather than treated as a separate initiative. In Uganda, the focus was the operations team rebuilding cohesion and shared direction after a restructuring.

Both retreats reflect how Shiftbalance approaches this kind of work: full design and facilitation for the room, plus practical AI adoption support, rather than a generic team-building day dropped into a moment that calls for something more.
