Martine Laurette Moguem is a Cameroonian public health and international development professional with over 10 years of experience driving strategic engagement across programs, partnerships, advocacy, and communications in Africa, with a strong focus on HIV, malaria, sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR). A graduate of the Catholic University of Central Africa with a Master’s degree in Public Health, she has extensive experience working with international NGOs, global networks, donors, civil society organizations, and community partners across multiple countries.

Passionate about gender equality, inclusive leadership, youth empowerment, and shifting power towards communities, Martine has worked across diverse cultural and professional contexts to strengthen civil society, amplify community voices, and advance more inclusive approaches to development. She is an experienced facilitator and capacity-building practitioner, having designed and delivered training on gender mainstreaming, advocacy, strategic communications, leadership, and community engagement. Bilingual in English and French, she combines strategic program management with strong communication and partnership-building skills, and is particularly committed to creating spaces where diverse voices can influence decisions and drive meaningful change.
