Facilitator and Coach for Transformative Conversations and Regenerative Leadership

Nationality: Canada and Taiwan
Based in: Shanghai, China

Carol Chou is a facilitator, transformation coach, and practitioner of the Art of Participatory Leadership. After nearly two decades of experience across corporate, startup, and nonprofit sectors, Carol has built extensive expertise in cross-cultural collaboration, innovation programs, sustainability initiatives, and participatory leadership. She now designs and facilitates spaces where people can slow down, think together, and take wiser action in the face of complexity by hosting and harvesting meaningful conversations. Her work brings together participatory leadership, solution-focused coaching, systems thinking, and deep listening to help organizations, communities, and leaders cultivate trust, strengthen collaboration, and unlock collective intelligence. Carol has facilitated workshops and retreats for multinational companies, universities, social entrepreneurs, and global communities across Asia and beyond.

Having lived and worked across North America and Asia, she is passionate about bridging cultures and perspectives. She believes meaningful change begins with the quality of our conversations. And that by creating spaces where people feel genuinely seen, heard, and connected, individuals and teams can discover wiser ways forward together.

Carol is based in Asia and co-creates intentional retreats, participatory learning experiences, and leadership programs that support inner development alongside organizational and societal transformation.
