Hind Hamdan is an intersectional feminist and gender and socio-economic development specialist with over 10 years of experience in the SWANA (South West Asia and North Africa) region in qualitative and quantitative research, program development, project management, and technical advisory on gender equality. Extensive experience in the theory of change practice in the development world. Hind has been closely working with labor movements, trade unions and labor rights organizations in the Arab world on advancing decent work, safe working environments and transformative female leadership, in addition to building evidence on the need for a just transition in the world of work – in response to climate change and digitization.
A certified feminist trainer who believes in the transformative role of gender training, and she works with a wide range of organizations, from CSOs and grassroots to iNGOs and international organizations.
