As the visionary founder of Inclucive, a DEIB consultancy, Chikere is committed to helping organisations embed inclusion at the heart of their operations. Beyond her consultancy work, Chikere leads Allyship.co.uk, a dynamic community offering a safe and supportive space for allies to learn, connect, and take action in anti-racism and allyship. She is also the creative mind behind the Allyship Book Club, a flourishing community of over 450 members and counting.
Born in Southampton, England, Chikere’s heritage reflects the richness of her Trinidadian and Nigerian roots.
