Aurélie Salvaire is a French author, speaker and coach with 20 years of experience driving strategic engagement in People and Culture teams across multiple continents. A graduate of France’s leading business school HEC Paris, she has extensive experience in the humanitarian and development sphere, having worked with multiple UN agencies and INGOs as well as private companies.

Passionate about inclusivity and shifting the balance of unequal power dynamics, Aurélie has worked in a variety of cultures and contexts to empower women and minorities, advance feminist leadership principles, and advocate for postcolonial approaches to sharing power. A certified PCC coach, facilitator, and workplace mediator, and a trilingual in English, French, and Spanish, Aurélie has published two books and conducted numerous online courses in topics ranging from storytelling to allyship and psychological safety.
