The International Rescue Committee needed to understand where its existing DEI training was working, and where the gaps were, across a workforce of up to 20,000 staff spanning every function and leadership level. Shiftbalance ran the diagnostic first: data analysis and stakeholder interviews to map real learning needs before designing anything.
From there, Shiftbalance built the full Gender, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (GEDI) learning strategy: curriculum, budget, implementation plan, and KPIs, sourcing external providers and designing in-house trainings
