Over the past 16 years, she has actively collaborated with numerous communities, spearheading participatory bottom-up initiatives and empowering active citizenship. Thaleia has been an integral part of several teams utilizing collective design for systemic solutions and has successfully led teams through transformational journeys. In the last 7 years, she has served as the driving force behind the social innovation agency ‘among,’ where she steers the development of holistic methodologies addressing social challenges in communities through a participatory and systematic approach.
