Ludovico Saint Amour di Chanaz is a PhD in Cognitive Neurosciences, and his research focused on memory, sleep, and epilepsy. After completing his doctorate, he became a scientific communicator, working for Sprouts Schools, a channel on psychology and social sciences, and built a community of over 100k followers on social media where we speaks about ADHD, and is the author of the book “The ADHD User’s Manual”.
His passion for understanding and communicating with humans led him to become a certified Process Communication Model (PCM) Trainer and Facilitator, a renowned tool developed at NASA to decrease conflict during space missions.
Continuing to learn and grow, he developed additional workshops and trainings in which stress and neurodivergence are addressed via the medium of resources.
