Daniel Hires is a social entrepreneur, facilitator, and ecosystem builder helping leaders and organizations navigate complexity with strategy, creativity, and humanity. For the past two decades, he has built initiatives at the intersection of inner development, systems change, and innovation – always exploring how culture and structure interplay to unlock transformation at scale.

As the inaugural Chief Marketing Officer of the Inner Development Goals, Daniel scaled the initiative into a global ecosystem, positioning it as a reference for the inner dimension of sustainability and systems change – from the White House to the Vatican. His portfolio includes co-building the global social innovation movement MakeSense, shaping climate innovation at CDP, and building green entrepreneurship communities at UN Environment.

Today, as CEO of Impact Calling, Daniel facilitates transformational experiences for leaders, boards, and mission-driven organizations worldwide. He is also the initiator of Speakers of colours a collective amplifying underrepresented voices, and speaks globally on leadership, organizational transformation, and regenerative systems. A Fellow of the RSA and a Responsible Leader with the BMW Foundation, Daniel lives in Barcelona while keeping close ties to his Berlin roots.
