Brian Mhlanga is a DEI Specialist, Industrial and Organisational Psychologist and Leadership Development Practitioner with expertise in process facilitation, African leadership, communication, governance and ethics, personal development, inclusion, transformation and diversity, executive coaching, and conflict and change management.

When not on TV and Radio, Brian is a regular on South Africa’s corporate stages as a moderator, MC, facilitator or panel chairperson. His career in broadcast-journalism and social justice spans over 15 years. He began her career as a news reporter, radio anchor and presenter for BRICS TV and Radio Veritas. In 2018 he won the Human Rights award for using Radio to champion human rights and social justice. In 2020, she was selected to be a Henley Fellow.

Brian works as adjunct faculty member and lecturer at Henley Business School, Duke CE, Johannesburg Business School (University of Johannesburg), Wits Business School (Wits) and as senior researcher at the Henley Center for Leadership (Africa) and Henley Business School Africa.
