During the pandemic, Arsenia launched The Listening Call, a global platform providing psychological support to frontline healthcare professionals and governments, amplifying her impact on a sustainable future. In today’s exponential age, she designs experiential workshops where participants unlock leadership styles, develop strategic insights, and foster emotional intelligence, belonging, and humanistic practices.
