Kawira works internationally as a coach and facilitator for individuals and organizations. She has a passion for exploring human dynamics, particularly how power influences behaviors, using the Power Intelligence® approach. As a certified coach of the DPI (Diamond Power Index®) and the DPA (Diamond Power Audit), Kawira focuses on creating inclusive spaces and enabling cross-cultural collaboration to foster empowerment and a sense of belonging for people from all walks of life. She also facilitates conflicts – often using the Grundkraft-Process as a method – and is an ICF accredited coach.
